Method 1: Use a Minecraft Anvil

The first method consists of using a Minecraft Anvil to repair items, in this case, repair bow.

Step 1: Make an Anvil in Minecraft

In order to make an anvil, you need three iron blocks and at least four iron ingots.

Step 3: Put the Bow Repairing Material and Move it Out of the Anvil

This second method consists of going to the crafting section with two regular bows or enchanted bows and completing the repairing.

Now, instead of putting one bow in one row and the other one in the other, put two bows in the stock box next to each other.

Step 3: Complete Minecraft Bow Repairing

Then, the repaired bow will appear in the crafting slot.

Sadly, using a crafting table doesn’t guarantee to have a durable enchanted bow after the repairing is completed.

Method 3: Use a Grindstone

The two methods we have mentioned are great to repair bow in Minecraft, but there’s a third one: the Grindstone method.

In this case, you need to craft a Grindstone and use the slots. It works both for an enchanted or ordinary bow in Minecraft.

Step 1: Make a Minecraft Grindstone

You can make a Minecraft Grindstone by having two sticks, two oak planks and one stone slab. Crafting the grindstone is necessary, so don’t sleep on it!

Step 2: Put One Bow Above the Other

Now, in order to repair a bow, just put one bow above the other. Put the bow that needs repairing in the top box.

Step 3: Move the Repaired Bow to Your Inventory

After the Grindstone slots have the bows, you can now move them to your inventory. You cannot rename nor improve brows in the Grindstone.
