Perhaps one of the biggest issues that Minecraft players can face during their adventures is managing the player’s inventory.

As it happens in many survival games, you need to wisely use all the resources you can find.

Unless you use the Creative Inventory menu on Creative Mode, then you will soon realize that you need as many free slots as you can.

Fortunately, there’s a new item dedicated almost exclusively to helping you store all the tools and items you need in this game.

We are talking about the Minecraft Bundle, a brand new tool introduced in all Minecraft editions that you can craft and use easily.

Continue reading today’s tutorial article on Hypenoon so you can learn more about:

  • How to make a bundle in Minecraft;
  • Everything you need to know about bundles;
  • How to find or create bungles in Minecraft.

What Are Minecraft Bundles?

Minecraft Bundles are a storage item that occupies a single inventory slot and can be used to stack different tools around.

Bundles exist, so you can place items inside them.

Following this theory, a bundle can handle one stack of a type of item, which is why it is so important to learn how to craft a bundle.

If, for example, you are about to make a Minecraft Castle, then you know that you need hundreds of blocks and tools that do not fit in a single stack.

Consequently, if you craft a bundle, you will have a strategic advantage during the building process.

When Were Bundles in Minecraft Released?

Bundles were introduced in the Caves and Cliffs Update back in 2021.

The Caves and Cliffs update was released for Minecraft Java Edition (Windows and Mac), Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Nintendo Switch, Wii One, Xbox, and more) Pocket Edition, and Education Edition.

Bundles behave equally regardless of the version of the game you decide to play.

You can get more insights and information about the Caves and Cliffs update on the official Minecraft Website.

What Can You Use a Minecraft Bundle For?

Unless you use the Creative Inventory menu, then you know how important it is to have items stacked.

Although the main reason to craft bundles is that you need more space to store your items, there are other smart tricks that you can do with a whole bundle as well.

1. Bundle Storage Space

Each bundle has a 64-space storage slot for stackable items. Therefore, if you have stackable resources that stack up to 64 items, you can place them in just one bundle box.

In order to move items to Bundles in Minecraft, you just need to drag them inside them.

It’s really easy and intuitive, and pretty useful as well.

2. Bundles and Shulker Boxes

You cannot place a Shulker Box in Minecraft inside bundles, but you can indeed place a bundle inside a Shulker Box.

This creates a new wide variety of opportunities.

Just imagine - crafting a shulker box and putting a bundle inside it will let you carry on an unthinkable number of items around.

Sounds really useful, right?

3. Throwing Items Outside the Bundle

If you hold the bundle inside the game, regardless of the version you play**, you can drop all the items inside it by pressing the action button.**

It is possible to pick these items from the ground and put them back in the bundle in Minecraft whenever you place them.

This works in Minecraft Java Edition, Minecraft Bedrock Edition, Education Edition and Pocket edition as well.

Step 1: Find the Required Materials for the Minecraft Bundle Recipe

In order to complete the bundle recipe, you will need two main items: Rabbit Hides, and two pieces of String.

Regardless of the version you play, you will need string and Rabbit Hide - it’s not optional, so don’t sleep on it.

Finding Rabbit Hide and String

In order to find the two items you need to make bundles in Minecraft, do the following:

  • A Rabbit Hide is, essentially, the skin of a dead rabbit. Find a rabbit, kill it, and it will drop one rabbit hide. You need six Rabbit Hides in total;
  • On the other hand, you can either make String by using cobweb, or find it through chest loot. String is one of the most important crafting materials around, and you need two strings to make a Minecraft bundle.

Step 2: Go to the Crafting Table

Once you find the required materials, you need to go to the Crafting Table. If you don’t have one, you better make it as soon as you have a chance.

Step 3: Complete the Crafting Recipe and Move the Bundle to Your Inventory

Finally, in the crafting menu, you need to do the following:

  • Put the first string at the top right corner of the menu, and the second string at the top left corner box;
  • Now, all remaining spaces, except for the middle box, need to be filled with Rabbits Hides;
  • After placing the items, just take the bundle, and move it to your inventory.

There you go - enjoy your new bundle! For more Minecraft information, Hypenoon is the best website around!
