Step 1: Open Roblox on a Web Browser
Firstly, open the Roblox website. It’s imperative to open the desktop version of the game and log in to your account.
Sadly, the avatar editor doesn’t work with all full features on the mobile version, whether we talk about Android or iOS.

If you play on your mobile phone and still want to edit your avatar skin in the game, don’t worry - open a mobile browser instead.
As we mentioned before, avatars can’t be fully edited from mobile.
Hence, simply opening a mobile browser should be enough for you, since the steps on the menu are basically the same.
Step 2: Go to the Avatar Editor
Click or tap on your profile icon. Available pull-down menus will open.
Here, you need to scroll down and select the option that says “Avatar Roblox Editor.”
Step 3: Go to the “Body” Tab
While you are on the editor menu, select the “Body” option. This option allows you to edit each body part of your Roblox character.
Step 4: Select “Skin Tone”
Finally, while you are still in the “Body” section, select “Skin Tone.” As you will be able to see, there are many options to choose from!
So, you can change things at your will without major inconveniences.
What’s more, you can also customize individual body part colors by tapping on “Advanced.”
That way, if you want your arm to have a different color than your head, just change the color of those individual body parts.
Step 5: Set Your New Skin Tone and Save the Changes!
Once you have selected the skin tone you want in Roblox, you just need to press “save” and there you go - new color set!
